New SBSG page
The Natal (São Gonçalo do Amarante) page was rewritten from the current AIP AD 2 SBSG. It now summarizes the use of runway 12/30, with an ILS on 12 only, and adds the Ground and Tower areas of responsibility and the ground flow with diagrams for runways 12 and 30. It also covers runway exits, takeoff points, the apron 3 restrictions and a table of aprons and airlines. SBSG has no DCL in the AIP: Clearance delivers clearances by voice.
