New SBFL page
The Florianópolis page was rewritten from the current AIP AD 2 SBFL. It now explains main runway 14/32 and auxiliary runway 03/21 (VFR only, no jets), the DCL run by Tower, the areas of responsibility and the ground flow with diagrams for runways 14 and 32. It also covers runway exits, the ADC chart hotspots, taxi restrictions, takeoff points and a table of aprons and airlines.
