New SBGR page
The Guarulhos page was rewritten from the current AIP AD 2 SBGR. It now highlights the preferred runways and adds DCL with the SBGR code, the Ground and Tower areas of responsibility and the ground flow with diagrams. It also covers the takeoff points with their TORA, segregated operations, RRSM and a table of aprons and airlines.
