VFR circulation

  • An abbreviated flight plan is mandatory.
  • Both runway ends allow day and night VFR. Helicopters fly the circuit only in the western sector.
  • Do not mistake SBTE for SNDR (Timon).
  • There is no REA chart published for this TMA.

Remarks

  • The TMA is class A between FL145 and FL195 and class D between 3500 FT and FL145.
  • In the real world, under an AIP supplement valid until May 2027, the tower operates from 0900 to 2059 UTC and, from 2100 to 0859, AFIS Teresina is provided on 119.600.
