VFR circulation

  • VFR flights must call Amazonas APP before entering the CTR.
  • Seaplanes near SBTT RWY 12 and SKLT RWY 03 call the APP before entering the CTR and before take-off.
  • Operations by aircraft without radio are prohibited.

Remarks

  • In the real world, Amazonas APP is operated by Colombia under CIRCEA 100-1 (tripartite agreement between Brazil, Colombia and Peru). It serves Tabatinga (SBTT) and Leticia (SKLT, Colombia).
  • Use the QNH given by Amazonas APP. Tabatinga and Leticia may be used interchangeably for landing in case of adverse weather, technical problems or emergency.
  • SBTT has no tower: it is served by Rádio Tabatinga (AFIS, class G), operated remotely from Amazônico ACC.
  • On the network, the Colombian position SKLT_APP (118.100 / 119.100) also exists in the package. Coordinate with it when online.
