Aerodrome Regulations

• MNM ALT in the TFC circuit:
  • CAT H ACFT: 600FT;
  • CAT A, B and C ACFT: 1500FT.
• Training FLT (TGL) and ANAC CHECK only with prior COORD with the AD operator. Training is AUTH during low-traffic periods, at the discretion of and upon COORD with TWR Macaé.
• Helicopters are prohibited from entering the apron in flight, except helicopters with skids or in an emergency.
• Filing flight plans and their updates by RTF is not AUTH.

Aprons and Taxiways

• TFC of ACFT with a wingspan greater than 24M on the apron taxi line (yellow line) BTN TWY A and PSN 28 is PRB.
• TFC of ACFT with a wingspan greater than 36M on the apron taxi line (yellow line) BTN TWY B, PSN 26 and PSN 27 is PRB.
• TFC of ACFT with a wingspan greater than 21M on the apron taxi line (yellow line) BTN TWY D, PSN 25 and PSN 01 is PRB.
• OPS of fixed-wing ACFT on the north apron are PRB.
• Starting under own power of skid-equipped ACFT at PSN 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 20, 22 and 24 is PRB.

Runways

• Simultaneous LDG and TKOF OPS on RWY 05/23 and RWY 06/24 are PRB, because the distance between centerlines is less than the minimum established for VFR and IFR.
• RWY 06/24: LDG/TKOF OPS of jet (turbojet) ACFT are PRB.
• RWY 06/24: LDG/TKOF OPS outside TWR operating hours are PRB.

Additional Information

• OBS concentration of birds (herons) in the APCH SECT of RWY 06/24, DLY 2000-2100.
• OBS concentration of birds (vultures) in the north sector, approximately 1KM from the AD.
