Operations

Departures

  • When weather conditions are below VFR minima, the following procedures shall preferably be used:
    • SID RNAV GEMES 1A – OCASO 1A RWY 36;
    • SID RNAV BOLAS 1A – OBLIL 1A – UGIKI 1C RWY 18.
  • When weather conditions are suitable for VFR operation, preferably use:
    • PLN Z with VFR departure via sector ECHO (E) of the AD: CTC TWR-JD/FCA, 4500FT DCT abeam JARINU, CTC and CLR APP-SP;
    • PLN Z with VFR departure via sector WHISKEY (W) of the AD: CTC TWR-JD/FCA, 3800FT PORTÃO JAPI DCT ITU, CTC and CLR APP-SP.

Approaches and Landings

  • When weather conditions are below VFR minima, the following procedures shall preferably be used:
    • IAP RNP Z RWY 18;
    • IAP RNP A RWY 18.
  • When weather conditions are suitable for VFR operation, preferably use:
    • PLN Y with arrival via sector ECHO (E) of the AD: fix ENTIT / VUNOX FL120 DCT ILMUR or UTLOT FL120 DCT GERKA FL100 DCT ESTÁDIO;
    • PLN Y with arrival via sector WHISKEY (W) of the AD: fix OBMAV FL100 DCT ILMUR descending to REA MAX ALT DCT JACARÉ 4500FT DCT NATURA 4100FT, CTC TWR-JD/FCA.
  • VFR PLN: follow the departure/arrival instructions of the SBJD VAC and AIC 32/25.
  • The missed APCH for RWY 18 shall be flown with a left turn from THR 18.

Aerodrome Regulations

  • IFR procedures not authorized outside the operating hours of the ATS unit.
  • Training ACFT performing TGL, DLY 1000-2100 UTC, LTD to 1 (one) ACFT per hour.
  • OBS ACFT on training flights near the AD and TGL training.
  • OBS VAC for instructions on joining or leaving the traffic circuit.
  • Flight plans (PLN) and their updates via RTF are PRB.

Additional Information

  • CTC via voice and COOR with APP SP compulsory.
  • Bird concentration in the TFC circuit.
