Operations
Departures
- General aviation ACFT intending to take off under VFR from a HELPN located WI the lateral limits of the Joinville FIZ shall compulsorily CTC Joinville Radio right AFT TKOF.
Aerodrome Regulations
- The AD may be used regularly by any ACFT compatible with reference code 4C or lower.
- TGL OPS PRB at night.
- Training FLT only SUBJ prior COOR and AUTH from Curitiba APP at least 01H in advance.
- OBS ACFT and ultralights on training FLT near the AD.
Aprons and Taxiways
- Departure from the apron PRKG PSN by ACFT ABV E-145, inclusive, shall be made by pushback.
- The APN has no tie-down points.
Runways
- 180° turns (backtrack) by ACFT with an MTOW above 40t only at the THR.
- Type of operation per threshold:
- THR 15: VFR day/night and non-precision IFR day/night;
- THR 33: VFR day/night and CAT I precision IFR day/night.
Additional Information
- OBS bird concentration along the sides of RWY 15/33 and near THR 33: southern lapwing, bare-faced ibis and cattle egret.
